ROSSIGH HERD OF IRISH MOILEDS

Garrett introduced Irish Moileds to his farm at Rossigh, Co. Fermanagh in 2006. Heifers were purchased from the Aughnakealie and Neadon herds.
The cattle are mainly used to graze their foreshore on lower Lough Erne in County Fermangh.
Garrett has found the Irish Moileds to be very efficient and trouble free. The Irish Moiled bull is used on both his pedigree Irish Moileds as well as his continental bred beef heifers with trouble free calving and nicely marked calves.
The Irish Moileds are like part of the family and will be a regular fixture on their farm for years to come.
Garrett has two strong bulls entered in the upcoming Magnificent Moilie Sale taking place by way of an online timed auction from Thurs 6th May to Sat 8th May through Harrison & Hetherington, Auctioneers.
